Terms and Conditions - The Glow Co ATX

Welcome to The Glow Co ATX! By booking an appointment with our mobile spray tanning service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your session.

1. Service Area

We provide mobile spray tanning services within 10 miles of Liberty Hill, TX. Appointments outside of this area may incur a travel fee or be declined based on availability.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or social media channels.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., GooglePay, ApplePay etc.)

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance

  • You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or repeat last-minute cancellations may result in a ban from future bookings.

4. Client Preparation

To achieve the best results, clients must follow the pre-tan instructions provided at the time of booking. Failure to properly prepare may affect the outcome of the tan and will not be grounds for a refund.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By receiving our services, you acknowledge that The Glow Co ATX is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or damage to personal property (e.g., clothing, furniture, flooring).

  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies before service.

6. Children & Pets

For the safety of our technicians and to ensure a clean application, we kindly request that pets and young children be kept out of the spray area during your appointment.

7. Results & Refund Policy

  • Spray tan results vary based on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with color or fading, but we are happy to provide advice or corrections if contacted within 24 hours of the appointment.

8. Weather & Environment

  • We are not liable for any disruption caused by weather (rain, humidity, etc.) after the appointment.

  • Clients must provide a clean, well-ventilated space indoors with access to power if needed.

9. Photos & Marketing

With your permission, we may take and use before/after photos for marketing purposes, including social media. No photos will be used without your consent.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, unsafe environment, or violation of these terms.
